Training is provided by Access Elite Training
This is a HSE approved qualification and consists of theory and practice.
A range of subjects is covered including:
- Responsibilities and reporting
- Assessment of the situation
- Resuscitation
- Angina
- Heart Attacks
- Choking
- Basic hygiene in First Aid
- Bleeding control
- Shock
- Dealing with an unresponsive casualty
- Minor Injuries
- Seizures
Certification: subject to assessment, participants will receive a certificate approved by Health & Safety Executive. This qualification is valid for 3 years.
Ideal for Hypnotherapists, Counsellors, Psychotherapists and any other Therapist who may have no first aid or nursing/medical training.
